THE CLIMB
provides preventive and restorative corrective exercise. Its corrective exercise with specific attention to the pelvic floor and core. The process prevents or rebuilds the unwanted side effects of pregnancy like diastasis recti, incontinence, and many pelvic floor injuries.

This is a required 90 minute open dialogue assessment where you will discover, explore, and familiarize yourself with the mind, pelvic floor, and core connection.
